How Our Process Works

1. Spec out your dream product

Tell us your preferences; what goals should the product achieve, how should it feel? Is there a scent or aesthetic that reflects your brand? Share your vision. 

2. We research, design and develop

Leverage our expertise to formulate the product based on your ideas. Share what you like and what you’d like to tweak to arrive at the best botanical blend for your brand.

3. You receive a shelf ready product!

Sourcing ecologically sound packaging and manufacturing is a process. We help coordinate to have your product made, then shipped to you from our apothecary.

  • Concept

    Either working with your finished ideas or starting from scratch we will meet you anywhere in the creation process. We’ll help you fine tune your vision using our experience and knowledge in order to create something hip, one of kind and totally aligned with your brand.

  • Research

    You’ve designed your product with a function in mind, and it’s in the research phase that we evaluate the right combination of ingredients that will deliver the performance you desire at the budget you’ve set. Here we’ll get into the nitty-gritty aspects that will define the scope of the project.

  • Formulation

    This is the Earth Tu Face difference. As a herbalist, entrepreneur and longtime creator Sarah is a master alchemist in the apothecary. We’ll take all of your thoughts and stipulations and create samples for you to review. These are physical samples you can test drive.

  • Production

    Our service is truly turn-key. We handle everything. We research, order, and sample components (jars/bottles/lids/tubes/pumps/spray tops). Our graphic designer works to create packaging and labeling that you love. We will source and generate quotes based on your needs for graphics, containers, printing, and labeling.

    Depending on the size of the run, we will either handle production in-house at our apothecary or send out for manufacturing to our organic mix and fill facility.  At this point in the process, we’ll set our wholesale price per unit, and once we have a deposit for the production run, we’ll make the product!

  • Shipping

    Your dreamy products are now a reality. When we receive the last 50% of your invoice we ship your goodness directly from our apothecary to you.
